Engineering Physics: Electricity and Magnetism is the second physics course for engineering majors at York College. The course introduces students to the fundamentals of electrostatic forces, electric circuits, and magnetism. Furthermore, this course further develops the students’ ability to solve problems using analytical tools gained from calculus. Finally, this course has an integrated lab-lecture format, so that students can often discover the same concepts discussed in class with an experimental apparatus.
